A Listing Inspection provides home-sellers with an accurate snapshot of the current condition of their property. The home seller can then utilize the findings to preemptively repair or upgrade household systems that may be deficient, and make the property more desirable to prospective buyers.

The advantage of knowing the true condition of your property before it goes on the market will allow sellers to correct problems in advance and at a manageable pace, instead of being rushed into quick and potentially costlier last minute repairs and upgrades.

The seller may also knowingly disclose and disclaim certain inherent conditions or defects in advance, and present the house in “as-is” condition.
