Maintenance Inspections

Maintenance inspections are available to clients who have previously commissioned us to inspect a property that they went on to purchase.

For a reduced fee, we will return to that property at a pre-arranged future interval to re-inspect the entire building or certain housing systems which may be of concern or which may require monitoring.
